Common questions
How do friends challenges and join codes work?
Start a challenge on the Journey tab, pick a name and dates, then tap "Share the code". Send the code or link to your friends. They tap "Join with a code" on the same card and enter it. Only people who have the code can see the board. What you share is sealed with the code before it leaves your phone.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the plans screen or the Plus section in Journey and tap "Restore purchases". Use the same Apple ID you bought with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Whole Pot, and tap Cancel. You can also tap "Manage subscription" in the Plus section of Journey.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app removes everything stored on your phone. To remove your pregnancy information, tap "Delete my body data" in Journey. To remove your challenge record, open the challenge settings and tap "Leave challenge". You need to be online for that, so your record can come off the board.
